説明

At the request of a homeroom teacher in charge of second graders, a school counselor utilized the RCRT for teachers and the classroom atmosphere questionnaire, administered to the teacher and his/her 33 students respectively, to provide consultation on organizing a classroom group. In this case study, I observed that the teacher's RCRT was effective in giving the teacher positive and different views of the members. I also observed that the advice based on the results of the classroom atmosphere questionnaire was effective in creating "mutual respect among the students" in a classroom atmosphere.
