In this research, we investigated the circumstance of what is called "The Care Prevention Projects" for elderly people at home in communities. As a result, various tasks were revealed, such as clarifying the people in need, enhancing residents' awareness, how to present information, making opportunities for people to take part in the activities, letting them know the significance and how to estimate each activity.
