The purpose of this study is to create “a new domain of recreation" beyond the current structure of rehabilitation in terms of enhancing the quality use of therapeutic exercise, a term which was already securely guaranteed by the Patent Office as a trademark registration.

Needless to say it is very important for all of us to understand the true denotation and connotation of the current rehabilitation in order to continuously recover, maintain, obtain, and develop positive health with active and befitting exercises.

Therefore the discussion on not only ADL and QOL but also EPL has been made from the point of enhancing the quality use of Therapeutic Exercises.
