外国とのつながりを深めるわが国では日本語を母語としない児童生徒数は28,000人を超え年々増加傾向にある．こうした児童生徒の教科指導を支援するために，外国語への対訳文が併記された校務文書へのリンクを集約するポータルサイトの実現が急務となっている．多言語校務文書ポータルサイトでは，ユーザの視点から整理された分類体系を構築し，文書の検索容易性を高めることが重要となる．コンテンツなどの項目名が記入されたカード群をユーザの視点からグループ化し，階層的クラスタリングを適用することによって分類体系を構築する手法としてカードソートが知られている．しかし，同じグループに配置されたカード対の共起関係を基本的な判断材料とするクラスタリングでは，ユーザによって付与されたグループ名とカードの関連性を考慮することができない．そこで，本研究ではあるカードが同一名のグループに配置された割合であるカード配置率に着目し，クラスタリングによって得られた分類体系にカテゴリ名を設定するとともに孤立カテゴリを併合する方法を提案する．本稿では，多言語校務文書を職務で利用している学校教育関係者の協力を得て実施したカードソートの結果，それによって得られた分類体系を検証するために行った評価実験について報告する．最後に，本研究によって得られた分類体系を用いて実現された多言語校務文書ポータルサイトについて述べる．

The number of residents having ties overseas is on the rise year after year, and currently, more than twenty-eight thousand children, who do not speak Japanese as their mother language, live in Japan. In order to support these children in school, it is crucial to share multilingual school documents broadly through a web portal. Such a document portal needs to provide a classification scheme for better findability from a user perspective. Card sorting is a usercentered design method to elicit how users organize the content or functionality, and develop a classification scheme as results of hierarchical clustering. However, since the clustering simply relies on pairwise cooccurrence, it is impossible to take account of the relevance between cards and group names given by participants. Therefore, we propose a method of associating elicited group names with categories, and merging isolated categories, on the basis of the number of participants who placed a card into a particular group. In this paper, we present a case study conducted with staff members working in education fields to construct a classification scheme for multilingual school documents, and then report results of evaluation made for the scheme with regard to the card placement precision. Finally, we briefly explain a multilingual school document portal site developed with the classification scheme.
