本論文では Web GIS アプリケーションフレームワーク rinzo.ma の設計と応用について紹介する．rinzo.ma は衛星画像を用いてリモートセンシングを行う研究者のために設計された基盤ソフトウェアであり，Web ブラウザ上で動作する．rinzo.ma は柔軟なプラグイン仕様を持っており，また公開，共有，再利用が容易である．Web GIS アプリケーション開発者は，公開されているプラグインや自身で実装したプラグインを組み合わせて，様々な空間データの検索や処理を効率的に実現することができる．本論文では実証例として，rinzo.ma の応用，たとえば地震前後の ASTER 衛星画像検索閲覧システム等，現在実際に稼働している複数のアプリケーションを紹介する．

In this paper, we describe design and application of a Web GIS application framework, rinzo.ma. The rinzo.ma is a infrastructure software which is available on most Web browsers, and it is designed for researchers of remote sensing using satellite images. Using rinzo.ma developers can install easily plug-in software which includes geospatial data and process into the own GIS application. We also describe some applications of rinzo.ma, includes the satellite image retrieve and browse system for the before and after earthquake.
