抄録

I consider the activity of entrepreneur in Tama area (Tokyo) by way of an example, and I study a start-up process for an entrepreneur to accomplish the establishment of the business. I think that the function of “bridging” within social capital is important to promote the mobilization of resources. Furthermore, I suggest a policy to a country and local autonomy in consideration of the reinforcement of the function of “bridging” at the authorized support organization within social capital. As a final conclusion, I think next three points to be important; (1) the various widespread networks of the supporting tissue, (2) ability for problem grasp, (3) ability to copy reliability. And I suggest the policy consisting of these for the authorized support organization.
