本稿は,「部活動における問題行動の発生と収束のメカニズム」を明らかにするひとつの試みとして,2003 年に実施した大学生対象の高校部活動に関する回顧調査(質問紙調査)のデータを用いて,次の2点を検討した。第1は,高校部活動における指導者の問題行動(部員に対する暴力)と生徒(部員)の問題行動(部員同士の暴力,いじめ)の発生状況についてである。第2は,問題行動の規定要因についてである。分析の結果,次の2 点が明らかとなった。第1は,部活動における問題行動は運動部を中心に発生していた。第2は,部活動の問題行動は指導者の暴力が起点となって発生していることが推察された。分析結果をもとに,今後の研究課題と展望について考察を行った。This paper attempts to elucidate “The mechanism governing the###generating and resolution of problem behavior in club activities", using retrospection survey data about high school club activities for university students in 2003, it examines the following two points. The first concerns the situations generating of coaches' problem behavior###(violence to members), and members' problem behavior (members'violence, bullying) in high school club activities. The second concerns the determinant factors of problem behavior. As a result of the analysis, the following two points were found. First, problem behavior in club activities occurred mainly in the athletic clubs. Second, it was surmised that a leader's violence serves as the starting point of problem behavior in club activities. Future research tasks and the outlook were considered based on the results of the analysis.
