本稿は、大学等による「おおいた創生」推進協議会事務局 / 大分大学COC+推進機構が展開してきた地方創生大学等連携プロジェクト支援事業において、2017年度・2018年度のおおいたプロモーションプログラムに採択され進めてきている「超」仕事力実践特講の視点から、地域の魅力化・活性化をめざす試論である。 　「人口減少が地域経済の縮小を呼び、地域経済の縮小が人口減少を加速させる」という負のスパイラルの中、いかにしてリーダーシップや業種を超えた異分野連携力を発揮し、経済社会の活性化に貢献できる人材を育成するか、という問題設定のもと、本稿では、地方都市における企業支援のあり方に焦点を当てたい。

This paper studies how supporting institutions should be in order to promote empowering start-ups and new business development by existing enterprises [among local cities in Japan.]. Through a viewpoint of “Super Business Competency” (class in Oita Prefectural College) which we are providing, this paper expands focuses not only on business but also on various activities in community.
