当病棟は整形外科が50床あり，転倒のリスクが高い患者が多いため身体抑制を行う機会も多い．これまで転倒を繰り返した患者に身体抑制を開始したが，抑制を解除できていないことがあった．当病棟において身体抑制カンファレンスをする上で患者の安全面に重点をおくことが多く，患者にとって最善の対応を多職種で検討することができていなかった．そこで今回，臨床倫理検討で用いられているJonsen4分割法を使用し，多職種間でのカンファレンスを行い，各職種の専門的視点を表面化することによって，その傾向や支援の方略の違いを明らかにしたいと考えた．カンファレンスでは，各職種の視点や方略の違いが明らかになった．今後も多職種による身体抑制カンファレンスの継続が必要であると考えられた．

The Department of Orthopedics at our hospital has 50 beds． There are many patients with a high risk of falling，and physical restraint is often conducted．We have been using physical restraints when the patient fell repeatedly．However，the restraints could not be removed in some cases．At the physical restraint conference held in our ward，emphasis has been laid on the safety of the patient，rather than to consider the best strategy from a multidisciplinary viewpoint．This time we conducted a multidisciplinary conference using the Jonsen 4 division method that is used in clinical ethics evaluation in order to identify the differences in the ways of support by surfacing the professional point of view of each discipline． At the conference，the differences in the viewpoints and strategies were identified．We considered it necessary to continue having multidisciplinary physical restraint conferences．
