抄録
Alvin M.Weinberg has proposed the term trans-science for these questions since, though they are, epistemologically speaking, questions of fact and can be stated in the language of science; they are unanswerable by science; they transcend science. Trans-science is the related concepts of regulatory science. Regulatory science has been defined by Prof.Uchiyama as follows,“Regulatory science is the science of optimizing scientific and technological developments according to objectives geared toward human health". In this paper,the trial of regulatory science in the field of pediatric forensic pathology and the possibility of application of a forensic pathological view to the new technology of regenerative medicine as an estimation of technical innovation are introduced.
