抄録

Studied on the high temperature phenomenon and corrosion of type 409 Ti-Cr stainless steel and obtained the following results : The most optimum treatment of type 409 Ti-Cr stainless steel which would not show fine precipitations in the matrix and would sustain the suitable mechanical properties of plastic deformation, is to heat-treat at 350°C for 30 min after 760°Cx30 min annealing. The corrosive ratio for hydrochloric acid and perchloric acid is very large, but it has very highly corrosion resistant for nitric acid, acetic acid, 20% aqueous solution of sodum chloride, 20% aqueous solution of sodum hydroxide, 20% aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide and ammoniak wasser.
