抄録

The experimental exminations were performed on the workabilities of steel tube stock, STKM 13A, for the tube end spinning using the tube end spinning machine which was manufactured on trial recently and on which the tube stock was feeded into the revolving die under a certain (constant) thrust pressure by using the hydraulic piston. According to the experimental results, it was cleared that the forming limit of a steel material for the tube end spinning is defined by the seisure. So, in this report, the operating conditions of spinning that do not cause seisure during the forming process, were examined. The obtained results are as follows : 1. The forming limit defined by seisure is decreased according to increment of die revolution and conical angle of die and is increased according to increment of ram pressure. 2. Under a certain die revolution, seisure is occored at the approximately same time and this is not depend on ram pressure. 3. The time to seisure is shorter according to increment of conical angle of die. 4. The torque as a working resistance is not depend on ram pressure.
