For approximately for 10 years, there has been a lot of changes in the teacher　system･ In addition, the actual situation for students who are going tO become teachers　has changed greatly･ The university teacher atthe Faculty of Education must confront　the problems of the teacher system as a researcher and as a practicioner of teacher　training.
