Description

In the rapid economic growth age, Japan government declared the purpose of narrowing the large economic gap between regions in the regional development policies. However, the purpose was the deception and actually the government couldn't narrow the gap but gave priority to making economic growth maintain. The regional development policies based on such an economic principle cannot but cause various social problems, and it was failure as a result.
