基本情報技術者試験（FE）はICT技術者の登竜門として知られており，多数のICT関連企業が受験を推奨している．FEは午前試験と午後試験から構成されており，両方の試験で同時に合格点を取得する必要がある．このFEについては，受験生の負担軽減を目的として，2005年よりFE午前試験免除制度が開始された．情報工学科においてもこの制度を導入しており，学科内に免除講座を開設している．この講座の開設方法には複数の選択肢があるため，適切に選択して受講生の負担を考慮した導入計画を作成することが重要である．本稿では，情報工学科で開設した免除講座の特徴と5年間の実績について報告する．;“Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination (FE)” is known as the gateway to success for new ICT engineers, in many ICT related companies, it has recommended engineer to acquire FE within three years after joining. The FE is divided into the first half and the second half on the test day, and it is necessary to pass both of the examinations at the same day. Therefore, as a new examination system for the FE, the exemption system for the first half of the FE has started in 2005 with the aim of reducing a burden on the examinees. Department of Information and Computer Science has also introduced the examination system, and the course for qualification of exam exemption has been established in the department. There are several options for how to start the course, so it is important to select them appropriately and create an introduction plan that takes into account a burden on the examinees. In this paper, we report on the characteristics and five-year activities of the course.
