Abstract

Faculty of Geo-environmental Science, Rissho University offers various Active Learning(AL) subjects including indoor and outdoor experiment, fieldwork subjects. Information assurance for hearing-impaired students in AL subjects are supported using ICT tools such as PC note-taking, speech input applications, LINE. For indoor lectures and practical subjects, PC note-taking and writing note-taking are used, and for outdoor practice subjects, writing note-taking and LINE are used. In this paper, we report the example of practice of information assurance. Also, from the results of the questionnaire, current status and problems of information assurance support in AL subjects are discussed.
