本論文は、沖縄北部地域のリゾートホテルを中心とした最近5年間（1996-2000）の経営状況を客室稼働率や季節変動を時系列に考察し、ホテル独自のホスピタリティ情報であるホームページとの相関関係を分析したものである。 まず、北部地域における宿泊需要の現状を把握するためその指標である稼働率と季節変動を年度別に分析する。次に、19軒ホテルの独自のホームページを数量化理論1類によって統計分析を行う。最後に各ホテルの経営状況を年次別に把握し、両者との関連性や今後の位置づけを検討する。
The purpose of this research is to analyze the statistical correlation between accommodation demand and hospitality information in the northern region of Okinawa prefecture. Study 1 focuses on the monthly demand of 13 resort hotels with respect to room occupancy and the coefficient of variation during 1996- 2000. Study 2 dealt with 19 resort hotel homepages as sampled from May to June, 2001 and works out a hospitality information model by the quantification method of the first type.
