The concern about the innovative business relevant to the Corporate Social Responsibility, such as the development of the eco-products to reduce the environmental impact is increasing. Then, in this study, I considered the characteristic and the management of innovative CSR which aimed at simultaneous development with the corporate and society. The business in innovative CSR corresponded not only to basic activity called mere compliance but to independence activity to cope with social subjects and needs to enlarge future business opportunity. The innovative CSR had significance of the value of the non-economy, such as an incentive for the employee or a change of the corporate culture as well as the economic value by the improvement of the company evaluation. Therefore, the following points were needed when innovative CSR was managed. The first is to make a vision and a purpose of CSR clear. The second is to devise the business strategy that makes use of management resources under the top's commitment and leadership. The third is to get the support system that promotes voluntary activity of the employee.
