本研究では看護過程における看護者の評価の実態を明らかにするための分析方法を,アブダクションを用いて開発した.方法は,<日常的な看護の評価の実態を追究する方法の要件>を確認し,これを根拠に<作業手順>を暫定的に立てた.次いで<分析対象>を克め,作業手順に基づき実際に分析を行った.作業手順に基づき得られた分析結果および,分析の過程を考察した.以下に,開発した看護過程における評価の質的分析方法を示す.1.看護記録を手がかりにして,看護過程を再構成する・必要に応じて,日々の看護記録以外に,看護過程展開の全体を追うため看護計画など諸記録と,健康状態の推移をとらえるため診断治療過程を医師の記録で充足する2.再構成された看護過程から,【対象の健康状態の推移】を対象化する・看護理論に基づき,予め対象の健康状態をアセスメントし,分析の焦点を定める3.再構成された看護過程から,【判断過程】を対象化する・看護の評価に関する記述に関し,予めアセスメントで明らかとなった対象の健康状態に照らして,判断過程の欠如を特定する・評価の全体性を補うため,再構成された看護過程に関与した看護師および医師ら,医療従事者に聞きとり調査を行う4.【対象の健康状態の推移】と【判断過程】の相関関係を明らかにする・【対象の健康状態の推移】と【判断過程】を併記した表を作成する5.【判断過程】の事実をもとに看護者の認識に描かれた表象を明らかにする・【判断過程】の事実を【反映像】【問いかけ像】【合成像】で類別する・当事者への確認および,看護実践のエキスパートと看護理論家のスーパーバイズを受ける

We developed the method of qualitative analysis for nursing assessment and critical thinking in nursing process using abduction. 1.Collecting data from daily nursing records and describing nursing process. 2.Identifying change of patient's health status applying nursing theory in advance. 3.Identifying nursing assessment and critical thinking. *Searching insufficient data. *Re-collecting data of nursing process sufficientry by interviews. 4.Clarifying relationship between change of patient's health status with nursing assessment and critical thinking. *Composing a synopsis that show change of patient's health status and nursing assessment and critical thinking 5.Clarifying representation images of a nursing assessment and critical thinking. *In this study, representation images are pictured in recognition as [HANEI-ZOU][TOIKAKE-ZOU][GOUSEI-ZOU]. *Data and analysis data are ezamined and considered by nurses themselves, experts of terminal care and specialists of nursing theory.
