We reported a case of pancreatic glucagonoma with liver metastasis. In this case, necrolytic migratory erythema (NME) led to the diagnosis of glucagonoma. After resection of the lesions, serum glucagon level normalized immediately and the clinical symptom subsided gradually. A triad of glucagonoma is skin disorder, diabetic disorder, and body weight loss, however, in Japan the skin lesions have been documented in only 400f this disease.

壊死性遊走性紅斑の出現からグルカゴノーマが疑われ, 確定診断・外科的治療に至った膵グルカゴノーマ及び肝転移の1例を経験した。腫瘍の切除により血中IRGは速やかに正常化し, 臨床症状も徐々に軽快した。グルカゴノーマの特徴的症状は皮膚病変, 耐糖能異常, 体重減少であるが, 皮膚病変の出現率は本邦では40%と比較的少なく, その他の症状及び臨床・画像検査で早期診断に努める必要があると思われた。
