本稿では日本におけるネット上いじめ問題を海外のサイバーブリング(CB)研究を参考にしながら考察した。CBは決して校内だけで起こる問題ではなく,そのため学校の認識や対応の準備が生まれにくい。また,「発見」「対応」はともに,方法的,技術的,組織的に困難な問題である。そこで本稿では,海外知見を参考に,学校の対応としての「対策」「介入」を紹介し,学校における議論の焦点化をはかるための資料を提供した。
This article argued about bullying seen in online communication by referencing preceding Cyber Bullying (CB) studies in foreign countries. The CB involves activities outside the school environment, and it is difficult to address concerns and measures by staff members in a school. In addition, both "detection" and "measures" are difficult approaches in terms of methodological, technical, and organizational aspects. Therefore, in this study article, the author tried to introduce "addressing" and "intervention" as required actions of a school by referring to foreign research findings, and offer materials that could assist to focus discussion targets in schools.
