1.関東地方を中心に6地区産のモモアカアブラムシのESPに対する感受性(抵抗性)を比較検討し, それぞれ差異のあることを認めた.その差異は, 薬剤散布歴によって一応の説明がつくようである.2.淘汰実験によっても, 抵抗性発達の事実を認めることができた.3.上記6個体群についての電気泳動法によるzymogramパターンの比較検討から, E_2泳動帯の出現率により抵抗性程度がある程度予測できることがわかった.4.同種の有機リン製剤抵抗性の発達・消失についても若干の知見および問題点を掲げた.

Insecticide resistance of the green peach aphid, Myzus persicae (SULZER), to organophosphorus compounds in Japan. K. NOMURA and E. FUNAKI. Faculty of Horticulture, Chiba Uriv., Matsudo, Japan. Tech. Bull. Fac. Hort. Chiba Univ., No.25: 83-87, 1977. Comparative studies on the effectiveness of ESP (Estox or Metasystox-S: S-2-ethylsulfinyl-1-methyl-ethyl dimethyl phosphorothiolate) against various populations of the green peach aphid, Myzus persica (SULZER), was conducted by dipping method. Among them, the population collected in Kanayama, Fukushima Prefecture, where insecticide spraying has not been done, was the most susceptible (LC_<50>: 0.0016%), and the population of Miura, Kanagawa Prefecture, a representative growing area of vegetalbe crops, was the most resistant (LC_<50>: 0.0346%). The difference of resistance level in each district may be related to the frequency of insecticide spraying. Experiments of selection pressure with ESP also proved the fact of resistance development. Zymogram patterns in various populations were examined by means of electrophoresis method, and correlation between the appearance of E_2-band and the resistance level was recognized generally. Besides these, the long term prevalence of resistance was considered. The resistance level of Matsudo-population at present is recognized to be lower than that in 1965, perhaps due to decrease of insecticide spraying with organophosphorus compounds.
