Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the constituent goal items and to categorize them by factorically analyzing the teaching goals that one wants to acquire during lunch time. For this reason, school lunch sets the desired child's appearance, first determines the target items that make up the guidance goals that should be acquired during the lunch time, and analyzes them factorically. The method of clarifying the structure was used. Specifically, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 87 students in the teacher training course to make decisions using the five-point method from the perspective of the importance of learning about teaching goals. As a result, 14 items in 3 groups of "matters related to food and nutrition", "matters related to how to eat", and "matters related to social aspects of meals" could be extracted as the goals of guidance during lunch time.
