株式会社未来シェアではSmart Access Vehicle Service（以下，SAVS）と呼ぶリアルタイム乗合配車システムのプラットフォームを開発し，全国展開している．本稿ではその過程で明らかになった，社会的容認の問題について述べる．SAVSはこれまでにない新しいシステムであるから，既存の公共交通運行業者の常識から外れるところが多い．その特性をうまく利用している自治体がある一方で自治体や運行業者の正しい理解を得られていない場合もあるのでその一例を示し，今後の改善の糧とする．

Smart Access Vehicle Service (SAVS) is an AI powered platform providing real-time on-demand ride-pooling services in Japan. This paper summarizes the societal response to the introduction of SAVS. We report the response from public transport operators and traditional taxi providers on our system.
