場所に着目し、コミュニケーション発生の検出の高精度化と、目的意識に基づくコミュニケーション分類を試みた。特に、フリーアドレスオフィスに適用できるよう 「ホームポジション」 の検出機能の実装を行った。コミュニケーション発生の検出評価実験を行ったところ、人物間の距離のみを用いた単純手法よりもコミュニケーションの検出F値で 0.2、コミュニケーション相手の検出F値で 0.35 高い性能を示すことができた。また、コミュニケーションを参加者の目的意識によって 「双方目的型」、「無目的型」、「片方目的型」 に分類し、分析を行った。「双方目的型」、「無目的型」 のコミュニケーションにおけるネットワークを比較したところ、「無目的型」 では、グループ間のコミュニケーションが活発であることがわかった。さらに、「片方目的型」 の内、「上司・部下」 関係のコミュニケーションに着目することによって、個人の特性、マネージメントバランスが見えてくることがわかった。

We propose a location-based communication detection method which can improve accuracy with semantic information of locations. Especially, we implemented home position detection method for free seating office which is wide spreading in these years. The experimental result showed that our communication detection method achieved 0.2 point higher F value than baseline method based on only distance between people. Our communication member detection also improved F value 0.35 point. We also defined three types of communications based on the relationship between a location and a sense of participation, i.e., "two-way participation", "autonomic participation" , and "one-way participation." Social networks derived from these communication types revealed individual's communication pattern and management balance between boss -subordinate relationships.
