Abstract

This paper clarifies the points that have not yet been paid attention to the specialty of facility staff through the examination of previous research on the specialty of facility staff in Children's home and presents it as a future task. Two points are pointed out from the examination of the previous research on the specialty of the staff of the Children's home. First, there is little research on the expertise of facility staff in Children's home. Second, the process of how the expertise of facility staff is formed has not yet been elucidated. Based on these points, in this study, the process of forming the specialty of facility staff is regarded as the process of competence formation, and to clarify the process, it is a “place of practice” from the viewpoint of adult education theory .It presents attention to “In-formal education” in “Daily life”.
