The Constitution-dominated Polity called “the United States of America” was created during the war of Independence from Britain of the thirteen’s colonies of north America for the first time in the world history. In order to solve the mysteries of the creation of this kind of Polity, I would like try to find a key in the political process of the birth of “ the United States of America” in this paper.
