This paper examined a strategic human resources management around the process which involved a person in the organization. As the result, firstly, it isn't possible to say always that a strategic human resource management research is considered in the process in the organization. Secondary, it built a strategic human resources management viewpoint having to do with a process. The relation between the strategic human resources management and the man-power forming process in the organization became clear. Thirdly, it pointed out the attention point when examining a strategic human resources management viewpoint having to do with a process.
