The purpose of this report is to present the results of faculty development(FD) activities in Takamatsu Junior College's Department of Early Childhood care and Education. Since 2003, the department has conducted research studies on an ongoing basis. In that time, the teachers in the department have improved their teaching efforts and have formulated a knowledge of various study guidelines. Their findings comprise the Department's "Teaching Tips," which is distinguished by the following two points : The Childcare Department's students were targeted; and for each particular situation, a multitude of advice was dispensed.
