チケットの二次流通と利益還元の提案

不正転売に関する法律が施行されたにも関わらず，依然としてコンサートなどのチケットが不正に高額転売され問題になっている．本論文では，この高額転売によって転売屋が獲得してきた莫大な利益の一定割合をアーティストに還元するシステムを導入することで，ファンの納得性や音楽業界の活性化とともに，間接的に高額転売を抑制することを目標とする．このシステムでは，チケットを NFT (Non-Fungible Token) で流通させ終演後にトークンの失効を実現する機能や，自動的に利益還元の判断を行いアーティストや運営への還元を実現する機能を備えている．NFT を用いることによって，ブロックチェーンと紐付いているチケットの譲渡や転売の動きを偽造されることなく把握することが可能となる．また，利益還元を実現することによって，ファンは応援する気持ちを直接アーティストにお金として投資することが可能になり，音楽業界の次代を担う新しいアーティストを育成する仕組みとなる．

The illegal resale of tickets to concerts and other events at high prices has still become a problem, despite the enforcement of anti-scalping law. Our proposal intends to indirectly curb resale by introducing a system in which a certain percentage of the huge profits earned by resellers through this high resale is returned to the artists. Proposed system has a function to distribute tickets using NFT (Non-Fungible Token) and realize token expiration after the concert, as well as a function to automatically send a predetermined percentage of profits to the artist. NFT makes it possible to track the transfer and resale of tickets linked to the blockchain without being counterfeited. In addition, by realizing the return of profits, fans will be able to invest their support directly to the artists, and the system can nurture new artists who will lead the next generation of the music industry.
