クレジットカードは，社会経済活動において決済手段の 1 つとして広く普及しているが，不正利用の脅威も高まっている．カード利用者は，カード会社や関係機関等から発信される情報で，被害に遭わないために対策するように求められている．しかし，クレジットカード情報を狙う攻撃が巧妙化・多様化していることから，対策を講じていても被害を完全に防ぐことは困難な状況にある．本論文は，クレジットカード不正対策に関して，事前対策（不正利用の防止）に加えて，これまであまり注目されていなかった検知（不正利用被害の発見）や事後対応（不正利用被害後の対応）についても，クレジットカード会社や長崎県警察の協力を基に整理した．また，整理した情報を使用して利用者にクレジットカード不正利用対策を促す効果的なメッセージを作成するための防護動機理論・集合的防護動機理論を用いた検討についても述べる．

Credit cards have become popular as a means of payment in socioeconomic activities, but a threat of credit card fraud is increasing. Credit card users are required to take countermeasures for the threat by credit card companies and related organizations. If Credit card users take countermeasures, it is difficult to prevent credit card fraud due to the increasing sophistication of attacks. This paper describes results of an investigation of credit card fraud countermeasures from threes points of view of prevention, detection and response. In addition, the paper describes a method using protective motivation theory and collective protective motivation theory to create effective messages that encourage users to take countermeasures against credit card fraud.
