各組織が保有するパーソナルデータを組織横断で利活用することで，単一組織では得られない価値を創出し，社会課題の解決につなげる期待が高まっている．しかし，異なる組織を横断したデータ連携を行う際にデータ連携中に自組織のデータが自組織以外に開示されることや，データ連携の出力からプライバシ情報が暴露される課題がある．そこで，本稿では，組織横断的なデータ連携の要求条件を整理し，要求条件を満たす手法の提案，実装評価を行う．結果は安全性に関する要求水準を満たした上で，実用的に利用可能な水準の性能が達成可能であることを示す．

Expectations are rising to create value that can't be obtained by a single organization and to solve social issues, by leveraging personal data across the organizations. However, cross-organizational join of personal data has privacy invasion issues at the time of data provision and data output. Therefore, we organize requirements for cross-organizational join of personal data. We propose a method which satisfies the requirements, and implement the proposed method to evaluate the performance. From the evaluation results, it is shown that the proposed method meets safety and performance requirements, and is applicable to practical use.
