The purpose of this study is to present a practical model on sustainable management of local company. The model based on CSV (Creating Shared Value) proposed by Michael E. Porter. From a review of Porter and Kramer (2011), and some previous studies about CSV, first, we derive three focus points (prioritization, relationship of three approaches of CSV, and evaluation and measurement of social value). Second, using these points, we make a model named "Influence Model for Local Company". The model focuses on the connection between people and organizations of local companies, so that is originality of this study. But there are still issues (especially evaluation and measurement of social value) that we need to continue further research to improve the model.
