Description
ブナシメジ菌床栽培において，乾燥酒粕を特フスマの50%(栄養材10%相当)と置換したところ増収効果が認められた。また，生育室の照明を蛍光灯と蛍光灯型白色LEDで比較したところ，LEDで増収がみられ，乾燥酒粕とLEDとの併用により高い増収効果が得られた。
