本論文は，バウチャー方式民営化の資本市場育成機関として設立されたRM-Systemの生成プロセスについて，次の3つの側面からアプローチする。第1は，RM-Systemの仕組みとの特徴と取引構造，第2は，その経営組織と事業活動，第3は，RM-Systemの衰退要因とその後の展開である。RM-Systemの設定された社会的枠組みの変化を踏まえて，各項目を説明し，検討する。 This Paper approaches formation process of the RM-System from three aspects, which was established as a capital market development institution for voucher privatization. The first is the characteristics and transaction structure of the RM-System mechanism, the second is management organization and business activities, and the third is decline factors of the RM-System and its subsequent development. Changes in the social framework of the RM-System are also being considered.
