Food hygiene knowledge and skills are essential for nutritionists. From 2021, all food business operators will be required to comply with HACCP or hygiene management based on HACCP. In other words, in order to train nutritionists with the practical ability to ensure food safety, it is essential to study food hygiene experiments. However, many of the causative agents of food poisoning cannot be seen with the naked eye, making it difficult for students to understand. In this paper, we presented the educational effects of two visualized experiments in food hygiene experiments. The first is an experiment on dirt adhering to clothes. The second is an experiment to observe bacteria adhering to food surfaces. This study suggests that visualized experiments help students understand food hygiene.
