Abstract

近年、宅配便の送り状に代表されるようなビジネスフォーム印刷では、ペーパレス化が進み需要が減ってきている。一方で既存の設備を活用して多品種、小ロットのビジネスフォーム印刷を行う仕事が増えている。そこで安価な丁合検査システムを提案し実際の印刷工場で評価して有効性を検証した。 Recently, the demand for business form printing as typified by home delivery service slip has been decreasing due to promoting paperless. On the other hand, the printing work is increasing such as business form printing of high-mix and small lots production with the effective use of existing facilities. Therefore, an inexpensive collation inspection system was proposed and verified effectiveness by the introduction of it into an actual printing factory.
