Abstract

Demand for rental detached houses is increasing, both as a flexible mechanism for relocation and in the Corona Disaster. This study aims to examine the desirability of rental detached housing, and to identify issues from the existing rental detached housing areas. This paper reviews the supply of the rental housings and preliminary research on the sample housing area.
