説明

Many studies have been conducted over 60 years in the field of occupational stress. A growing body of evidence indicates that occupational stress is a causal factor of cardiovascular diseases and mental disorders. This paper outlines the theoretical framework of four occupational-stress models, Person-Environment fit model, Job Demand-Control (-Support) model, Effort-Reward Imbalance model, and Job Demand-Resource model. These models have contributed greatly to the field of occupational stress research. The main hypotheses of each model are reviewed and commented.
