The number of people aged 65 or older in Japan accounted for 536626661351f the population in 1950, exceeded 7 0n 1970, and was more than 14-148490762n 1994. The aging rate has continued to rise reaching 27.70n October 1, 2017. While timing-skill and choice reaction time significantly decreases with aging, physical training can help limit how quickly they decrease. In recent years, there has also been concern about the decline of physical strength in elementary school students. Therefore, effective physical training methods are necessary. With this information, Yokoya et al. (2014) devised a method of measuring reaction time using the Rock-Paper-Scissors game. However, the devised equipment has a few shortcomings including being mechanical, the need to be operated manually every time, and only being able to measure time. This paper reports on the construction of a prototype system that improves upon exiting equipment by shifting the functionality over to a PC, and to some extent, can operate automatically (including voice guidance).
