Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to focus on the union officers of enterprise unions, and by surveying the attributes and careers of union officers based on the "Survey of Next-Generation Union Leaders" conducted by the Labor Research Council. The starting point of union activities is to directly meet and connect with union officers and union members. Realization of various union activities and participation in labor-management consultations are also valuable opportunities for growth. Finding and training union officers is required not only for individual company unions, but for the entire union organization.
