Description

In the acceptance process of Japanese subculture in China since 2000s, the kind of BBS called "Dongman Luntan", functioning as a place providing the subculture recipients information and communication areas, is one of the peculiar topos which gives clearly the outline of the subculture world called "two-dimensional world". In this paper, I try an elucidation about the vision-central communication structure of the "Dongman Luntan", by considering it phenomenologically as the active field in the "èrcìyuán world" (two-dimensional world) for the BBS users' possible experiences there. It is declared by the Chinese recipients that the concept of "two dimensions" originated in Japanese subculture has been receipted as a <world>, an existence domain for them. And the intuition to this "two-dimensional world" exceeds the semantic grasp depended on language, while changing the recipients' sensory bodies. As a part of "èrcìyuán world", "Dongman Luntan" differs widely from other websites, firstly by its unique appearance. It is a peculiar transmission space for subculture which provides the method of moving in an exhibitive space with the illustration of an anime tone, as well as formative values from linguistic signs. Furthermore, the communication performed there is materialized by some kind of intersubjective <reading> only belonging to this space, and the users' desire of <conversation> is also attached to the form of externalization = visualization only in this space. Therefore I give examples in this paper to explain that the user experience of the "Dongman Luntan" has caused the chain of a vision-central desire around the Japanese subculture.
