Description

In case of tuberculous epididymitis, when adhesion with the testicle is very firm or when we find a limited affected part in testicle, we adopt the new method using the epididymectomy and partial orchiectomy at the same time. By this new operation we can remove the affected part more rapidly and safely than when we use the ordinary epididymectomy, and yet can preserve the most part of testicle. In this paper we report 4 cases operated by this new method successfully.
