11 caseso f the variouss exual disturb a n ces, (3 o f Azospermi, a every 2 of OligospermiaI, m potentiac oeundi, e very one of Atrophiat estis, Germcell aplasia.) were treated by Testovirona nd Primogony.l 4000-500m g of Testovirona nd 3000-4800uo f Primogonywl erei njectedf or 3-6 months. 3 cases of them were injected only Testoviron or Primogonyl and others were given both hormones. 5 Cases of th e m were observed on the developmento f the seminal vesiclesb y X—rayp icture. The seminal vesicles improved from simple straight juvenile form to good developedc omplicateda dult form by these hormonein jections. The t esticular tissues were observedb efore and after treatment by the biopsyo n 8 cases. Disturbeds permiogenesirse cognizedb efore treatment improved to normal stage after treatment of these hormone and these improvement were more distinctly on the injections of the both hormone than these simple injection. Azospermia ca u sed by Atomic bombing casualty at Hiroshima and Germcell aplasia had no changed on the histological picture of the testicular tissues by these treatment. 17—KSi n uri n e were counted on 9 cases before and after trearment. While 17—KS in urine showed lower level before treatment in almost cases of them, they increased normal or hyper count after treatment.
