Abstract

Many clinicians and some medical institutions consider pharmacological measures as the general treatment approach for acute toxicological patients. However, severe intoxication generally requires not only pharmacological measures but also blood purification therapies and some surgical measures. In this paper, the author presents five intoxication cases and emphasized the various aspects of treatment measures that include highly technical skills of a very wide area. Toxins involved are Sulpirid, Acetoaminophen, strong acid and strong alkali.
