The Yamaha Motor affiliation with MBK in France is discussed, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. as well as Honda Motor Co., Ltd. started to develop the overseas production in 1960's. The process from the capital tie-up stage, the joint production stage and the establishment of 100% Yamaha Mototr Co., Ltd. is clarified from the management and technology point of view. The result of the questionnaire done in France shows clearly that Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd.is settled in France.
