Recently, the foreign manufacturing subsidiaries and offices of Japanese Multinational Corporations were excessive concentration to China. Recently, however, "China plus one", a movement to install a new base from the viewpoint of the wage growth and diversification of risks to other countries such as ASEAN nations, has come out. In this situation, therefore this study takes up Thailand that was a center country of ASEAN, and analyzes the locations of the textile and apparel corporations of Japan to which has advanced to Thailand, the location processes, and the locational factors through the overseas subsidiaries data. This study also conducts the site investigation to Thai-Wacoal Plc. as a case study. As a result, it has been proved that Japanese Corporations of advancement to Thailand that had started in the 1960's, the locations stop in a denotation expansion from the Bangkok metropolitan area, there were four locational factors, government policy, distributional infrastructures, the scale of Bangkok market, and Plaza Accord. Then I also proved a development of Japanese Multinational Corporation in Thailand through a case study of Thai- Wacoal Plc. This paper is the result of the analysis and survey.
