In this paper, I describe some branch streams of the movement of scientific management in the first half of the Taisho Period. As I described in the former two theses, Scientific management system movements were introduced in the first half of the Taisho Period, in various areas such as shop management(factory floor level management), personnel management, business psychology, industrial hygiene, wage determination systems, and so forth. They were generally the research of technique used by the producer and production site. Along with the enthusiastic introduction of Scientific management in production site, movement began to have a great influence on commercial site.Many books and essays appeared explaining and commentating commercial efficiency, advertising, decoration of retail shop, employment and training of salesman, modern retailor such as department store and chain store, application of psychology to commercial phase and so forth. These Scientific management movements became one of the streams shaping the unified management theory in Japan soon after in the first half of the Taisho Period.
