抄録

This paper has two purposes. The first purpose is to verify the reliability and validity of the scale. The second purpose is to clarify the relevance of full-fledged employee awareness to behaviors. The data of the full-fledged employee behaviors and awareness were gathered through interviews with 5 experienced employees, while full-fledged employee scale items were classified by modified KJ method. The reliability and validity of the scale were verified by investigating 70 college students and 72 employees, with 6 behavior factors and 3 awareness factors found by analysis. There was a significant positive correlation between a self-affirmative factor, which is one of the awareness 3 factors, and the 6 behavior factors. An awareness changing a duty work image to affirmative concept was needed in full-fledged employee. Our study concluded that the awareness may significantly change an approach to the duty work of full-fledged employees.
