The questionnaire survey was performed on 101 adolescents for the purpose of analyzing the behavioral structure when using Twitter and LINE(chat function of Japanese cell phone)and the relationship between these behaviors and personality traits or awareness in using internet. The utilization behaviors or the usage patterns of SNS had been studied and 5 common factors were extracted from the response: active general use, self-appeal, sensitive readiness(obsessed reaction), through-skill and concerns on expression. In addition, as a result of cluster analysis based on those utilization behavior scales, three types were extracted. It was found out that the“ heavy net-user group” had higher internet addition, high engagement rate and tended to virtualize the reality implying the imbalanced reality and internet. They showed a high emotional instability. “Relationship consideration group”, in both Twitter and LINE, had higher concerns on expressions and through skills.“ Social obligation registration group” had lower scores on the behavioral indicator than other cluster groups. Based on these findings, interpersonal relationship characteristic of adolescents in SNS use was discussed.
